We are looking to work with just three companies next year who want to improve their performance in areas such as:

We would work with you for a maximum of four days per month, we are not a consulting group who will work in your organization for a month and produce a detailed report to use as a discussion platform. We are experienced in diving in at the deep end and becoming effective from day one, assisting you to identify what could be achieved, and provide both strategic and tactical guidance to implement the agreed action plan.
We will work in harmony with you and your team to find the most cost effective solutions to the issues that currently prevent you from achieving your growth aspirations.
Pricing*
1 day per month - £1250 per day
2 days per month - £1150 per day
3 days per month - £1050 per day
4 days per month - £950 per day
