Tony Whittle - Associate Trainer

Educated in an environment of sporting excellence in the North West of England and at Loughborough Colleges, he was surrounded by aspirational, inspirational people.  Since the 1970’s, he’s focused on developing a real understanding of the techniques that draw out that “Hidden extra,” inside people. As a leader, you may believe that certain team members would really perform and excel…” If only?”

Then reality steps in. Not every member of an organisation has the aspiration or drive to excel. Some of them wish to continue in the same vein, week in, week out. Indeed, a small percentage of them would be happy to do even less, if only they could stay out of the spotlight!

Tony’s experience of success has been broadened by the process of business building. Through direct sales and business to business environments, he gained his spurs. As a media owner, his personal client list included Top 100 companies from Proctor and Gamble to Wal – Mart and Tesco as well as the worlds leading media and advertising agencies. His further education continued in the pressure cookers of deadline and quality demanded by such players as Coca Cola, Barclays Bank and Nike. As head of a media plc he built companies in Britain and Ireland, Europe and The Pacific Rim.

Blending entrepreneurial touch with contemporary coaching techniques and research, he guides CEO’s, Directors, Managers, Team Leaders and Owner Operators across a wide range of organisations.
