appleton associates was founded in 1998 and is a young, dynamic business, dedicated to helping organisations to maximise their sales potential through their people. We are one of a few consultancy practices solely dedicated to 'sales'. The principal consultant, Tony Dimech, has over 20 years' experience in sales, business development, training design and delivery and management development. Consultants who work with Tony are all similarly experienced in their own fields, with a complementary range of skills and expertise.

Bespoke Solutions:

What works for one organisation won't necessarily work elsewhere. In finding solutions to client problems we take account of all of the relevant issues, seeking the 'best fit' solution for the particular situation we are dealing with.

Results:

Method is important, but what really matters is the end result. We research the client need carefully at the start of each project, working with the client to agree clear objectives and outcomes and measurement criteria.

Advice:

We have a duty to give best advice to our clients. This includes reviewing the options honestly with the client, offering only sales advice - where we are suitably qualified to give it and referring the client to sources other than ourselves, where this serves the client's needs best.

Knowledge:

We share our knowledge and ideas freely with any member of the client organisation for whom that information might be useful. We put no limits on this, other than that we cannot share confidential information.

Enterprise:

We work hard to ensure that clients remain involved in, and owners of any work we do with them. We work closely as a team with the client, taking the lead and/or following the lead of others, as appropriate to the needs of the project.
